On the 2nd day, the weather was "perfect" for tubing down Boulder Creek, which runs right through the city. The water forms primarily from snowmelt, so needless to say it was frigid. I planned to stay on top of the tube and keep relatively dry, which of course resulted in my falling flat into the water within moments of entering the stream.
