In Denver, we happened upon a street festival. Seems pretty ordinary, right? 

Then we realized this wasn't any ordinary festival. This gave us a whole new definition for gaiety.

After the gay-pride festival, 2 carriage-cyclists gave us free rides back to the shopping district.

Osman and I got to being quite the nuisance with our incessant picture taking. Grin and bear it became the unspoken motto. 

After we left Denver, we ran into a pretty huge thunderstorm, complete with lightning and hail. You can see it brewing off in the distance. 

The storm only lasted ~20 minutes, but the flooding was pretty remarkable.

On one of the days we were there we drove into Estes Park, CO and the Rocky Mountain National Park. while in Estes, we came across a really cute stationary store with a small cafe. I saw these cards and had a vague flashback to a children's book I read as a little-guy. I can't remember the details though... Any ideas?

It was really cold in the mountains 

Marley accompanies Osman and Dallice to the "Happy Thursday" (aka cruiser night). where hundreds of people on bicycles get loaded and storm the city. Believe it or not, he stayed right on the trailer the whole ride (~ 12 miles)
